REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service delivery or billing date, whichever applies.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Deposits or initial fees for services where work has commenced.

  • Services already rendered and accepted by the client.

  • Subscription-based services after the billing cycle has started.

4. Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved, the following applies:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exceptions

Ayliea LLC reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
